5.1 questboard update

OFF WORLD

QUEST: HOT BAE SUMMER

The Waterbomb festival, named for its water theme, and annually hosted at Baechella, is in need of volunteers to help spray performers and attendees with… you guessed it, water! Grab one of the immense water guns or water hoses, and make sure to aim carefully at the crowd! Or guests! Or take it one step further and leave the park premises with said hose, and spray anyone around the city? Any promotion is free promotion, after all! Just make sure to avoid being arrested or blasted back with water… The park does not claim responsibility for personal property damage or body injuries sustained, teehee?

REWARD: A sexy (or cute?) swimsuit of the participant’s choosing, complete with commemorative towel. Yay? Along with a water gun sent to the ON World inbox. Spray monsters and party members alike!

QUEST: HELP LORD BAELIAL… AGAIN

Baelial World is in a business slump… again! Weird! It looks like attendance is down after last month’s shenanigans? It is hiring fake couples to walk around and pique public interest. Said couples need to submit photographic evidence of them participating in cute activities, and post the results on DUONET. Pairs can be intentional, or ICly randomized.

ON WORLD

QUEST: BANDIT BAND

Looks like while our adventurers were gone, a group of thieves has been hassling the Marketplace in Avisle City. Businesses all along the main street have been hit in the dead of the night, with minimal property damage besides the stolen items. Investigating will initially lead you to several false leads, some owners claim that monsters are behind the robberies, others can’t remember if they just misplaced some of their inventory? But eventually, your efforts will pay off to the mansion deep in Avisle City, owned by a noblewoman who turns out, is the head of the newest thieving enterprise… or judging by the beautiful men and women in this band… a… harem? Is it… polygamy? Either way, she can be negotiated with, as she is attracted by beauty first and foremost. But if you turn down her offer of marriage, then she’ll set her band of ikemen thieves on you. At least the fight will be visually pleasing?

REWARD: A ruby necklace that gives the wearer invulnerability for three moves, a diamond bracelet that grants strength to whichever limb it’s on, and emerald earrings that look super nice with your outfit!

QUEST: SING OFF SEASON THREE

The town square almost looks back to normal, and in celebration, the local bards are hosting a bard off, open to bard and non-bards alike. There are poetry, singing, and dancing competitions for everyone to participate in, but it seems like the focus is mostly on drinking a lot and eating good food? Adventurers are asked to help oversee the events, stand in for judges who’ve collapsed from having too much to drink, and sample food and snacks that may seem a little charred? They’re bards, not chefs! They’re also free to jump in mid-song and shake up the contest a little. Bards love drama!

REWARD: A golden whistle set on a chain. When blown, it can inflict a panic status effect on nearby monsters.
